Grazing

Grazing

Grazing is used to emphasize or enhance a textured surface by lighting placement close to the base of the wall or object and aiming light beam parallel to the surface. This is best used on tree trunk or climbing vine. Grazing will emphasize detail and surface relief and shadows are exaggerated. Often creates interesting and provocative appearance to a coarse surface.
